fall festivals in Kentucky

There is nothing in the world that is more fun than taking the family to Fall Festivals In Kentucky! Here in Kentucky, we have our fare share. From giant apple pies to Burgoo, we have a lot to offer when it comes to fall fun.

Some of my favorite include:

Many of these festivals have hay rides and bonfires in the evenings. All of them have great food including caramel apples, funnel cakes, apple cider, hot chocolate and various fair foods. When I was growing up, I remember the Millville Hillbilly Daze festival offering white bean soup and Burgoo. It was a staple that you always looked forward to.

There are games, prizes a tons of craft booths set up at these festivals. I look forward to seeing the offerings by local crafters. One of my favorites to search for is handmade soap. I make my own as well, but I love to support local soapmakers and see the goodies they create!

If you’re ever headed in this direction from September through November, be sure to check out all the local Fall Festivals In Kentucky!
